She Damn Soul

Based on a story by the Galician writer Manuel Rivas, Ella, maldita alma tells the story of an impossible love between two people who fight with all their strength to refuse to succumb to feelings that overwhelm them: Fermín, a charismatic priest; and Ana, the wife of his cousin Isaac, almost his brother, whose family has taken him in since childhood and who is, without knowing it, the third vertex of this complex love triangle.
While the main plot presents the viewer with an amalgam of values and conflicting feelings such as love, family, passion, guilt, betrayal and loyalty, the series draws a portrait of society through everyday life, relationships, motivations and concerns; the peculiarities of the town in which it develops and a subplot of intrigue of politics and corruption.
