Ella, maldita alma

Based on a story by the Galician writer Manuel Rivas, Ella, maldita alma tells the story of an impossible love between two people who fight with all their might not to give in to the feelings that overwhelm them: Fermín, a charismatic priest, and Ana, the wife of his cousin Isaac, almost his brother, whose family has taken him in since childhood and who, without knowing it, is the third point in this complex love triangle.

While the main plot presents the viewer with an amalgam of conflicting values and emotions such as love, family, passion, guilt, betrayal and loyalty, the series paints a portrait of society through everyday life, relationships, motivations and concerns; the peculiarities of the locality in which it is set and a subplot of political intrigue and corruption.
